Aug 17, 2021 · Intense Movie Deals With Serious Issues. Goodfellas is one of the only violent movies I've seen where I believe the violence is necessary. The violence in Goodfellas isn't unruly and in my opinion shouldn't be feared by parents, because kids can watch it. It's violent yes, there's blood, shootings, stabbings, etc.
