So in my community I have 2 automechanics giving community fuel efficiency and vehicle stealth and they both have the "reads instructions" hero bonus for +25% parts gain from salvaging, wondering if one of them is just being wasted.

Hero №1 is Marcus Campbell. Powerhouse + Leadership makes one of the best fighters. He sweeps hordes alone easily and with maxed leadership makes "friends" quick too.
