In the 2166-365/2172-372xp class the Jonsereds have a lower profile air filter housing. I happen to like that more than the higher profile Husqvarna air filer housing.

I never had a 450 but I did have a 520sp and the 450 appears to be a even smaller version of it. That said, no way would I want one. The thing is a joke the way its put together. The intake boot is held on with a piece of wire for gods sake and the carb has rubber doughnuts on it to keep it from flopping around.Aug 2, 2023. #24. The 592 will definitely have the upper hand in terms of fuel economy, it's a strato engine design with gen 3 autotune. But there's no replacement for displacement, and you have to match the saw to the wood. A 562xp would outrun a 395xp in small wood. A 572xp could outrun a 395xp in medium wood. And a 592xp will edge out a 395xp in large-ish ...

That it starts great, idles and runs perfectly.While pushing the nose (Reduces vaccum) into the bench top, pull the folower out with a pair of needle nose pliers. Pack with desired grease and then push the follower back into the tube. From there work the nose a bit to purge any air untill it starts pushing grease. Stay safe!

Yep, Jonsered is gone. There will still be Redmax 9000's out there and they are just a rebadged 2188, which in turn is just (basically) a red and black Husqvarna 390. Not sure if they are still being produced as such, but there will be some out there in the big wide World. The Husqvarna 390 run means there are a good amount of parts getting ...On the 310 the AV was much more flexible and is constructed different. On the 352 one AV spring is actually connected directly to the motor. The 352 actually felt much stiffer and as if it's really not the same build as the cheaper 310. Based upon today's results my thinking is the cost difference between the cs 310 and cs 352 is justified.

Oregon PowerMatch bars are bars for the masses. Buy from any of the big internet retailers and you get great value, of course this also holds true with Windsor. IMO, the PowerMatch bars offer the best bang for the buck when you compare useful life to initial cost. Oregon Pro Lites are good bars for smaller saws.

Just a saw that works when needed with enough power is. A few saws from Husqvarna fit that scenario, 460 Rancher, 555, 565 are the ones that come to mind.
