Lucian Milio is way better than Lucian Nami personally, feels like you deal more damage and your Milio W continuously procs Lucian's passive to deal more damage on basic attacks which is why I think Milio does a better job than Nami. You can play CDR or Bruiser lucian for fun, but the utility is not worth for the dmg you lose not building Crit.Lucians ult shots used to scale with attack speed and that was far better. If they chose that instead his on hit and crit builds would be buffed while his lethality build would be nerf like they want. Dominant build goes down; side lined builds go up.
