I guess I am not sure how it’s relevant to the reset. Most rares will only drop their best loot once per day, because they aren't really rare: they respawn regularly. That doesn’t really equate to what I saw yesterday. I was killing the same “rares” for hours and they were dropping a blue around 90% of the time.
