I actually don´t know where to learn the Pride of Aesir on Siptah, and than use those to learn the Frost Giants Armor in the Delving Bench. I play on private servers with server transfer so i learned Aesir Armor in the Exiled Lands. Maybe someone else can answer that, since the wiki doesn´t tell either.
