I have a fully skilled Steelskull as well and Occult Brawler outperforms 2x to 3x. Of note, I ended up benching Juliana before Steelskull but ended up benching Steelskull too. Occult Brawler is still my top damage dealer by far. Does 7.5M to 8M on Brutal (my clan isn’t on NM yet)apoth, frozen banshee, war maiden if you don’t have a defence down. you don’t need to only 6 star legendarys and epics, a few rares in this game is worth it even in the long run, but def 6star apoth. Occult Brawler is mostly used on clan boss and most clan boss comps want everyone to be in vamp gear (lifesteal +gs/wm is a better healer then anything you can bring).
