2024 Staccato vs wilson combat

I don't have any Nighthawk 2011s, but my experience with their 1911s and the Staccatos I have suggests that the Nighthawk offers more options and is somewhat better built (think Dan Wesson vs. Wilson Combat in 1911s). It’s just my opinion, but the X9 fits the hand a bit better while the Staccato feels more “raw”. The only downside I had on the Staccato vs my Wilson is the Staccato wants more oil on the rails to work at top speed while my Wilson doesn’t care how much lube it has as long as the springs are still good.. The Wilson is better fit and finish gun over the Staccato. Performance wise they'll be similar but the Wilson has a superior magazine platform being cheaper and more reliable. Id say go for an EDC X9 over the Experior. Same capacity. the KC9 is heavier due to all steel construction. The pros for the Staccato C is the price and the functionality (it's optics ready).
